Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell DD Group's full product range to existing clients, while also targeting new revenue streams in key accounts.
- Conduct objective-based appointments, maintaining detailed CRM records and managing leads with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product specialists to offer tailored solutions and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders for a superior customer experience.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through expert guidance and exceptional field-based customer service.
- Meet set KPIs and drive portfolio growth through retention and acquisition efforts, leveraging the company website for sales.
- Develop a flexible business plan and foster relationships with dental influencers, locally and nationally.
- Work with marketing to implement strategies in the field and maintain up-to-date knowledge of available products and services.
- Build relationships with manufacturer partners and engage with local dental organizations to raise DD's profile.
