What You'll Be Doing

  • Checking and dispensing prescriptions in line with SOPs and company procedures
  • Supporting the preparation and organisation of prescriptions for the dispensing process
  • Assisting with prescription and order queries
  • Working closely with pharmacists and pharmacy colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Supporting the training and development of team members and new starters
  • Maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and confidentiality
  • Recording and reporting near misses, complaints and other governance incidents
  • Helping to maintain a clean, organised and efficient pharmacy environment
