Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the UK Aesthetics CFO and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
- Forecast future financial performance and monitor progress against key business objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting and reforecasting process.
- Analyse actual performance against budget and forecast, providing clear commentary on variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor revenue, gross margin, operating expenditure, EBITDA and other key performance indicators
- Manage working capital effectively, including oversight of receivables, payables, inventory and cash conversion.
- Tax planning and timely filing for VAT, PAYE and Business Tax duties, including corporation tax.
- Manage the annual audit process and statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Drive improvements in financial systems, controls and processes.
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to the Board, senior leadership team and investors.
- What you will bring to the role
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified
- Significant post-qualification experience within a Finance Manager or similar role
- Previous experience leading and developing a finance team
- Experience with Sage or equivalent medium sized accounting platforms
- Experience with ERP systems and management reporting tools
- Experience preparing and reviewing consolidated group accounts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
