Job Description
We’re looking for friendly, approachable, and energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality. Your role will involve engaging with customers, ensuring smooth bar operations, and contributing to the welcoming environment of our pubs.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and snacks with excellent customer service
- Collect, clean, and put away glasses
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies and assist with cellar duties
- Handle payments and cash transactions
- Supervise floor area (for supervisor roles)
Qualifications
- Preferable: Previous bar/restaurant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, engaging personality
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Good organisational and observational skills
- Must live in or be able to commute to South London/Croydon (some shifts finish after midnight)
