Since 1999, we’ve been the UK’s longest-established specialist marketing agency for the dental profession. Based in Poole, we are a team of people who genuinely care about the results we deliver. We create bespoke websites and digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, website design, and so much more) that help dental practices grow. We aim to create a professional yet relaxed working environment where people actually enjoy coming to work.
The role involves finding and starting conversations with dental practices that would benefit from our help. You will often be the first person a practice manager or principal dentist interacts with. Your job is to move past the generic script and have real, professional conversations. You’ll be identifying new opportunities, explaining the value of what we do, and booking consultations for our senior team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Finding opportunities: Researching and reaching out to dental practices to introduce our services.
- Being an expert: Confidently explaining how SEO, PPC, AI, and great web design help a dental practice grow.
- Managing the pipeline: Keeping our CRM organised and ensuring that every follow-up happens when it’s supposed to.
- Representing Dental Design: Ensuring every phone call or email is polite, professional, and helpful.
Who you are:
- Experienced in sales: Comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation, writing strong follow-up emails, maintaining a CRM and exploring other avenues for potential new business.
- Digitally aware: Good grasp of how digital marketing works. You don’t need previous digital marketing experience, but you should be able to explain the benefits of our services clearly.
- Professional: Excellent phone (and video call) manner and written communication skills, able to communicate effectively with professionals.
- Organised: Take pride in managing your own workload and keeping your records up to date.
- A good colleague: Want to work in a collaborative environment where we all support each other to help the business grow.
Benefits & culture:
- 9-5 hours with flexibility around your life.
- One day a week working from home.
- A creative, friendly office in Poole.
- A competitive basic + uncapped commission, generous holidays and a great team culture.
How to apply: If you’re a professional person with a background in sales and an interest in digital marketing, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV to: amy@dental-design.co.uk
