Social Media Executive Hammersmith Location: Hammersmith, London must be able to work on-site in the office (not remote)\\n Company: Inserta / Dental by Design \\n Inserta and Dental by Design are redefining implant dentistry in the UK combining cutting-edge implant systems with a high-end clinical experience delivered through our Hammersmith clinic. \\n Were looking for a Social Media Executive someone who understands how to drive attention, create engaging content, and build a brand that people want to follow. \\n This is not a generic corporate social role this is storytelling, education, before/after impact, case studies, clinicians, transformation journeys.

\\n\\n What youll be doing \\n Creating day-to-day content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn (posts, reels, stories)\\n Working directly with clinicians and marketing leads to turn cases into compelling visuals \\n Scheduling, posting, community engagement (comments, replies, DMs)\\n Reviewing data and performance insights and adjusting content accordingly \\n Supporting campaign launches and events promotions \\n Owning the content calendar for both brands across multiple channels \\n\\n Ideal profile \\n~13+ years experience in social content (brand or agency side)\\n~ Proven skill in short-form video creation + editing (Reels / TikTok)\\n~ Software competency ideally some of the following: \\n~ CapCut \\n~ Canva \\n~ Davinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere \\n~ Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator \\n~ Adobe InDesign \\n~ Adobe After Effects \\n~ Blender \\n~ Figma \\n~ Understands how to convert attention action \\n~ Comfortable in a clinical / healthcare environment (private healthcare, aesthetics, dental or beauty experience is a plus)\\n~ Confident communicator gets into the clinic, captures real content (not just desk-posting)\\n~ Highly organised can manage multiple brand streams \\n~ Comfortable learning implant concepts and simplifying them into clear, engaging content (we will train you curiosity is key)\\n\\n\\n Why join?\\n Work inside a high-growth, premium brand with major scale potential \\n Direct impact you will shape public perception of both brands \\n Real career growth this function will scale quickly \\n Competitive salary + progression
