Dental by Design is a growing group of premium private dental clinics with ambitious expansion plans across London. We are looking for an experienced, highly professional Patient Sales Advisor to join our team and become a key part of our future growth. This is a telephone-based sales role focused on converting inbound enquiries into booked consultations. It is ideally suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, understands how to build trust quickly, and is motivated by achieving results.

Initially, this is a hands-on role where your primary responsibility will be speaking with prospective patients, managing enquiries, and maximising conversion rates. As the business grows, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into a Team Leader position and play a key role in building and developing a patient sales team.

Patients are often comparing multiple clinics, considering significant financial commitments, or feeling nervous about treatment. Building trust and maintaining enthusiasm throughout the day is essential. This role will suit someone who enjoys being measured on results and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience while achieving strong conversion performance.

Working Hours

Full-time permanent position Monday to Saturday. Alternate Saturdays required. Day off in lieu during Saturday-working weeks. 8-hour working day plus lunch break. Clinic-based role in Hammersmith.
