We are seeking a high-calibre Performance Marketing Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta and Bing). This role is first and foremost focused on paid advertising — the ability to plan, execute and scale high-performing campaigns is critical. This is a data-driven, highly analytical role suited to someone who thrives in competitive environments and consistently delivers high-quality leads at efficient costs. This is not a generalist marketing role — we are specifically looking for a paid media specialist who lives and breathes campaign performance, optimisation and commercial results.
While the role includes SEO and evolving search behaviour, including AI-influenced channels, these act as supporting layers. The core of the role remains performance marketing and lead generation through paid channels. You will play a key role in managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and Bing, while also leveraging modern tools and AI where appropriate to improve efficiency and performance. In addition to internal campaigns, you will also support partner clinics and practices, helping them improve their marketing performance, visibility and lead generation — effectively operating as an internal marketing function across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Own, manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Bing Ads, with full accountability for performance, lead generation and ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to support organic visibility and traffic.
- Stay up to date with evolving search behaviour, including AI-influenced search and content discovery.
- Analyse campaign performance, conversion data and user behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Continuously test creatives, targeting strategies, landing pages and campaign structures.
- Leverage AI tools where appropriate for optimisation, research and efficiency gains.
- Maintain a strong balance between lead quality, volume and cost efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis in highly competitive environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams including development, design and social media.
- Manage campaigns across both internal projects and external partner clinics.
- Work directly with clinics/practices to assess and improve their marketing performance and lead generation.
- Bring forward ideas, take initiative and proactively improve how marketing is executed across the group.
- Proven, specialist-level experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Meta are essential).
- Strong expertise in campaign structure, optimisation, bidding strategies and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Agency experience highly desirable.
- Strong A/B testing and experimentation mindset.
- Ability to think creatively while working with data.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including external clients or partner clinics.
- Experience using AI tools in a marketing context (for optimisation, content or analysis) is beneficial.
- Opportunity to work on both internal and external high-impact projects.
- A collaborative environment with a full marketing team including a developer, graphic designer and social media manager.
- A forward-thinking culture embracing innovation, performance and continuous experimentation.
- The opportunity to shape acquisition strategy across paid, organic and emerging channels.
- The opportunity to work across a unique group spanning clinics, laboratories and manufacturing.
We offer a premium, confidential compensation package reserved for top-tier talent, structured to reflect the strategic impact and performance expectations of this role. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the process.
Ideal CandidateYou are a true paid media specialist, not a generalist, and your core strength is driving measurable results through advertising. You combine analytical thinking with creativity and are confident managing and scaling campaigns in competitive markets. You take initiative, think commercially and understand marketing in a multi-layered way — but your primary strength is delivering performance through paid channels. You are comfortable using modern tools, including AI, to enhance your work, but remain focused on what ultimately drives results.
