Dental by Design is a modern, high-end private dental clinic based in Hammersmith. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a presentable, confident, and commercially minded Telesales Executive to handle inbound enquiries and convert them into booked consultations.

This is a front-facing, client-contact role. You will often be the first human interaction a prospective patient has with the clinic, so professionalism, warmth, and presentation are essential.

This role is ideal for someone from hotels, reception, reservations, private healthcare, beauty/aesthetics, or customer booking environments, where high standards and customer experience really matter.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing warm inbound enquiries and guiding patients confidently towards booking consultations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms
• Building quick rapport and making patients feel welcome, confident, and cared for
• Converting enquiries into booked consultations
• Following up leads consistently to maximise conversion
• Managing a high volume of enquiries while maintaining a premium, personalised approach
• Updating CRM systems accurately with clear notes
• Working closely with reception and clinical teams to ensure a smooth handover
• Representing the clinic in a professional, polished, and reassuring manner at all times

Who We’re Looking For

This role is about attitude, presentation, and communication, not complex sales techniques.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has B2C telesales, booking, reservations, or customer-facing experience
• (e.g. hotels, clinics, reception, call centres, beauty/aesthetics, travel, private services)
• Is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking to clients about high-value services
• Is well presented, polished, and professional
• Understands how important first impressions are
• Is organised, reliable, and consistent with follow-up
• Is comfortable working to booking targets
• Is open to training — this role does not require dental experience

Presentation matters:

This is a high-end private clinic. Candidates must be smart, professional, and client-facing at all times.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday (Saturday is required and is one of the busiest days)
• You will receive one weekday off in lieu when working Saturdays
• Standard clinic working hours (no late shifts)

Salary & Commission

• £30,000 basic salary
• Commission structure in place (realistic OTE around £35,000+)
• Warm inbound leads only — no cold calling
