The Essentials- Position: Treatment Experience Advisor (Sales-Focused, Patient-Facing)
- Location: Hammersmith, London – based in our modern private dental clinic
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
- Base Salary: £30,000–£35,000
- On-Target Earnings: £60,000–£75,000 (uncapped commission)
- Responding promptly to new patient enquiries—offering clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- Booking consultations by identifying needs and matching patients with the right clinician.
- Meeting patients in person post-consultation to explain treatment plans and support next steps.
- Following up to answer concerns, build trust, and drive treatment acceptance.
- Tracking interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system.
- 2+ years in a similar role within private healthcare, aesthetics, or dental.
- A confident communicator who can build rapport and move conversations forward.
- Proven sales ability—ideally in treatment or service conversion.
