Dental by Design is a modern, high-end private dental clinic based in Hammersmith. We are looking for a confident, well-presented Client Booking & Sales Advisor to manage inbound enquiries and convert them into booked consultations.
This is a front-facing, client-contact role where professionalism, warmth, and commercial awareness are essential. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients considering high-value treatments, so confidence and communication matter.

The Role
- Manage warm inbound enquiries only and guide prospective patients through the booking process.
- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and online forms.
- Build quick rapport and put patients at ease.
- Confidently guide conversations toward booked consultations.
- Follow up enquiries consistently to maximise conversion.
- Manage a high volume of leads while maintaining a premium, personal approach.
- Update CRM systems accurately with clear notes.
- Work closely with reception and clinical teams.
- Represent the clinic in a polished, professional manner at all times.
