Exciting Dental Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty Welwyn Garden City
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Friday & Alternate Saturdays
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Welwyn Garden City. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team. We offer a wide range of private & NHS dental treatments to our patients from WGC and the surrounding areas. This opportunity is to join a highly supportive team who are all committed to delivering a fantastic patient journey, under the guidance of partner, Dr. Sripal Kumar. We are located in Welwyn Garden City, directly across from WGC train station.
Hours:
- Monday 8:30am‑5:30pm
- Tuesday 8:30am‑6pm
- Wednesday 8:30am‑6pm
- Thursday 8:30am‑6pm
- Friday 8am‑5pm
- Occasional Saturday 8:30am‑2:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively manage the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- Ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
