Invisiblebraces4u (IB4U) are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join us at our lovely practice, IB4U Mottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the Mottingham area. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our founders, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Mottingham and New Eltham stations and with free parking onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading patients through our well established patient journey - offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice.
- Ensuring a smooth patient journey process, booking in follow up appointments, completing check-ins, supporting with finance applications etc.
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement.
- Providing support and direction to the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge.
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice through the utilisation of lead management and conversion skills.
- Ensuring practice & patient journey compliance.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position.
- We are also open to considering applicants from candidates with a sales/lead generation background.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their career & industry.
- Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with their team and patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure our patients a 5 star patient experience.
- Be able to confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided.
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK.
