Exciting Treatment Coordinator Position - Dental Beauty Islington

Full Time Position - Monday-Friday & Occasional Saturdays

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Islington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑oriented practice team in central London. You will be joining a fantastic team of clinicians and wider support, led by our three Clinical Partners, who work together to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to Angel and Highbury & Islington stations. Working hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:45 AM‑5:45 PM, with 8 Saturdays per year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead patients through our well‑established patient journey, offering treatments and ensuring we have strong patient conversion rates in the practice.
  • Ensure a smooth patient journey process, booking follow‑up appointments, completing check‑ins, and supporting finance applications.
  • Provide excellent service to patients, maintaining quality, cost, and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement.
  • Support and direct the wider practice team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and drive income targets for the practice through lead management and conversion skills.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A candidate with prior experience in a Treatment Coordinator capacity is highly desirable for this position.
  • Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress in their career and industry.
  • Confident in presenting themselves when meeting with team and patients and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a 5‑star patient experience.
  • Confidently discuss treatment options with patients, adopting an influencing approach and providing them with a wealth of information to support treatment uptake.
  • Dental software experience is preferred but not essential; training is provided.
  • Experience with practice compliance and CQC is preferred.
