Dental Beauty Partners are looking for an experienced, motivated & highly organised Training & Implementation Coordinator to join the Central Operations Team. This is a key operational role focused on driving consistency, performance & successful integration across our growing network of practices. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Practice Manager or senior dental professional looking for the next step in their career within a fast-paced and growing healthcare business.

Our Training & Implementation Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting practices through effective training, coaching and operational implementation. You will be responsible for ensuring teams across the business are fully trained on company systems, processes and operational standards, while also helping Practice Managers and their teams develop their skills and confidence. The role combines training delivery, operational support, implementation management and performance-focused coaching. You will also lead the onboarding and integration of new practices into the business, ensuring all integration plans are completed successfully and new teams feel supported throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering training on company systems, processes and operational standards
  • Creating and providing both 1:1 and group training sessions to Practice Managers and wider practice teams
  • Supporting and coaching Practice Managers to improve operational performance and team effectiveness
  • Ensuring practices are compliant with company processes and workflows
  • Developing a strong understanding of business KPIs and support practices to improve performance against them
  • Leading the integration and onboarding of new sites into the business, managing integration planners to ensure smooth transitions
  • Building strong working relationships with practice teams and key stakeholders, whilst identifying operational training needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the Central Operations Team with operational projects, continuous improvement initiatives and day to day practice support
  • Travelling regularly to practices across the group to provide support and training

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • An experienced Dental Practice Manager or senior operational leader is an essential requirement for this position
  • Passionate about developing people and supporting teams - must be a strong communicator and understand how to grow a practice/business
  • Confident in delivering training both individually and in groups
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced & changing environment
  • Commercially aware with a strong understanding of operational KPIs
  • Approachable, supportive and solutions-focused, confident managing multiple priorities and projects
  • Flexible and willing to travel regularly - you must have a clean UK driving license
