Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed‑practice, Dental Beauty Southgate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑orientated practice team in the Southgate area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile.
  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with and effectively manage the diaries of our clinical team, all through our software system, Dentally.
  • Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy.
  • Ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Ideally 1‑2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice.
  • If no dentistry experience, then a background within a front‑of‑house, customer service or medical coordinator role.
  • Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
  • Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
