Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely dental practice, Dental Beauty St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the St Albans area. You will be joining a fantastic group of clinicians and wider support staff, led by our Partner Dr. Nirav Dalia, who all work together in harmony to deliver a brilliant patient journey. The practice is very accessible via public transport, close to St Albans station.

We are looking for a candidate to join us on a full-time basis:

  • Monday-Friday PM & Saturdays 9AM-3PM
  • Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays are a requirement, and we can offer a day off on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
  • Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
  • Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
  • If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
  • Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
