Exciting Dental Receptionist/Nurse Position - Dental Beauty St Johns (RM1). Full Time Position.
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join us at our mixed practice, Dental Beauty St Johns. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice & nursing team in the Romford area.
Location: St Johns
Hours:
- Mondays & Wednesdays (7.45-5.15)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays (7.45-5.15 or 10-7.30)
- Fridays (7.45-5)
Key Responsibilities:
- This role will involve working front of house for roughly 3 days per week, supporting patients and delivering a positive experience.
- Providing high-quality dental nursing support when required in the practice to cover holidays, sickness, etc., alongside ad-hoc requirements.
- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC and undertake CPD in line with guidelines.
- Act as an ambassador for DBP Vision, Ethos and Values; maintain productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Prior experience in both Dental Nursing and Receptionist roles with excellent customer service skills.
- Open to considering a Trainee Dental Nurse, but you must have prior experience in practice.
- Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic and restorative dental treatment is highly desirable.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
