Associate Orthodontist Position – Dental Beauty Orthodontics Epping (CR8) 2 Day Per Week – Thursdays & Fridays Core Hours 8.45AM-5:15PM (some reasonable Private Patient flexibility) plus 3 x Saturdays per year for Patient Attraction purposes.
Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be seeking an Orthodontist (either Specialist or Special Interest) to join our fantastic practice, Dental Beauty Orthodontics, Epping from August 2026. This role is ideal for an Orthodontist seeking clinical support, professional development, and long‑term career progression within a growing group. You will work alongside a highly skilled, multi‑disciplinary team and benefit from internal referrals and a strong, established patient base. You will receive support and mentorship from our Partner, Dr Simon Jackson along with the experienced and knowledgeable support staff. You’ll have access to multiple free in‑house courses, and heavily discounted external courses through our Clinical Academy with Elevate Dentistry. There is significant earning potential, with the opportunity to generate a very strong private income on top of your UOA base.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high‑quality orthodontic treatment in line with current best practice and clinical guidelines.
- Delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring an outstanding end‑to‑end patient journey.
- Utilising digital dentistry and orthodontic technology to offer comprehensive treatment options, including aligner therapy.
- Working collaboratively with the internal referral network and referring patients appropriately to in‑house clinicians or specialists.
- We’re ideally looking for a Specialist Orthodontist for this position, but would also be open to a Special Interest Orthodontist with the right experience level.
- Experience with fixed appliances & clear aligner systems is essential.
- Confidence with digital dentistry & intraoral scanning is essential.
- Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting treatment options & upselling private treatment.
- Motivated, ambitious, and keen to develop within a progressive clinical environment.
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
- Competitive remuneration UOA rate of £28.60, with an allocation of 2500 UOA’s for the position.
