*1-2 Days Per Month - Flexibility on days available*

We are currently seeking a Specialist Oral Surgeon to join our fantastic private practice, Dental Beauty Hampstead. Our practice offers high quality private Dentistry in a stage of the art environment.

We have an established list of patients & referrals for this position; you'll receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Payman Sobhani and you'd be part of a large multi-skilled team.

Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, assess and treat patients requiring specialist oral surgery, delivering a wide range of complex surgical procedures safely and effectively
  • Develop personalised treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and provide exceptional patient care before, during and after treatment
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure all care is delivered in accordance with GDC standards, CQC requirements and current clinical governance guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with referring dentists and the wider multidisciplinary team, providing specialist advice and clear treatment reports where required
  • Manage surgical complications appropriately, recognising when referral or multidisciplinary input is necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain specialist knowledge through ongoing professional development, clinical audit and the adoption of evidence-based techniques and best practice

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • GDC registered Specialist Oral Surgeon (or equivalent recognised specialist qualification)
  • Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage complex and anxious patients
  • High standards of professionalism and ethics
  • Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
  • Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
