Kissdental are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our brilliant team at Kissdental Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly reputable private practice, and have the opportunity to make a real difference to our patients. Kissdental are a 9 practice fully private dental group with an excellent reputation across the North West. We are highly renowned for providing an outstanding patient journey, and we're ideally looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team every Sunday.
We are easily accessible, close to public transport & with parking on site.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile.
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally.
- Collecting and recording patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy.
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with prior experience in a private dental receptionist/TCO role, but may be open to other industry experience failing this.
- You must be confident in presenting yourself when meeting with patients and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure all of our patients are given a 5 star service.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- DBS checked with the right to work within the UK.
- Highly competitive hourly rate of £13 is on offer, varying depending on experience & qualifications.
