Full-Time Role - Monday-Friday & Some Saturdays
Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family-orientated practice team in the South West London area. Dental Beauty Battersea is an award-winning practice located in South West London, offering a wide range of dental & aesthetic treatments, both on the NHS and privately. We have a fantastic team committed to delivering a brilliant experience for our patients, and are looking to add another member to this team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile.
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally.
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy.
- To ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.
- Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintaining positive relationships with your colleagues.
- To promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting Fairness, Respect, Equality, Dignity and Autonomy.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice.
- If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role.
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
