Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for an experienced Practice Manager to join our highly reputable mixed dental group. This role will be to manage an upcoming acquisition in/around the Kensington area. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst leading a fantastic practice team. You will receive a great deal of support from our head office functions & operational teams from day one in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth, efficient and compliant running of your dental practice - with a focus on patient safety at all times
- Ensuring the provision of excellent service to patients, quality of service, cost and delivery of performance in line with company strategy, targets and mission statement
- Providing support and direction to the team to enhance performance, skills and knowledge
- Plan & driving income targets for the practice, along with ensuring performance in line with profit & loss targets - a commercial focus is key for the role
- Monitoring & leading on KPI reviews, P&L calls & supporting clinicians to achieve Private/NHS practice targets
- Dealing promptly with any issues when they arise along with the support of our head office functions
- Deliver staff training and development, hold 1-1's with all team members, performance managing
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- We are ideally looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager, within a private or mixed practice
- We may also be open to considering applicants with management experience in other sectors such as healthcare, retail & hospitality
- Must be commercially savvy, taking ownership of the practices P&L accounts, understanding areas for development & improvement
- Experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all are working in harmony to deliver a fantastic patient experience
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC & other compliance requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
