We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic mixed Dental Practice located in Battersea. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed and specialist dentistry. Our role is ideal for either an experienced & established dentist, or a dentist looking for mentorship & growth. You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner & Specialist Endodontist, Dr. Kunal Patel, and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists.
Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position. Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software & Pearl AI software, digital x-rays & scanners, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and top-spec equipment & materials at your disposal.
We have availability in practice for a 4 day p/w position, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We are also able to offer private only Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
- Cosmetic Dentistry experience is highly desirable but not essential for this position.
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
- A competitive UDA rate of circa £12 & excellent opportunities for private income based on a sliding scale which rewards clinicians for their output.
- Heavily private focused practice/patient base, and a comfortable UDA allocation of circa 2500 for the position (with no set target or clawback).
