Kissdental are delighted to be opening the search for an Associate Dentist to join our industry leading vocational training scheme; This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a clinician to join us on a two year scheme, specifically designed to enhance your clinical skills so that you can deliver transformative dentistry & life-changing results for patients.
Kissdental are a fully private dental group, with 9 practices spread across the North West. We are highly renowned for delivering an outstanding patient journey; our Liverpool practice is led by experienced Partner, Dr. Khush and we're situated in a premium city centre location, in a state of the art & purpose built facility.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality private dentistry to patients in line with Kissdental techniques & practices
- Shadowing industry leading clinicians in restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry & specialisms
- Learning the art of private Dentistry; understanding patients needs, the importance of treatment planning well & dentistry as a business
- Developing your own skillset to gain knowledge on areas of Dentistry you want to hone in on and concentrate on in the future
- Absorbing information from our Partner, Dr. Khush who has been on the VT journey himself, and utilising this information in practice
- The successful candidate must be a graduate from a UK or EU University; you can either have completed Foundation Training, or be a straight grad from University
- The successful candidate must be willing to commit fully to the scheme, absorbing everything in practice from teachings & shadowing
- Must have a drive to become an industry leading private clinician, with a passion for delivering life-changing Dentistry
- Valid GDC registration
- Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
- Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover
- CPD certificates, 2 clinical references & a portfolio if possible
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- A salary of £40K in the first year of your scheme, and £50K in the second year - ensuring you a guaranteed income whilst being able to focus on advancing your skillset
