We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic predominantly private dental practice located in Greenwich. This practice is highly refurbished to a very high standard, offering high quality mixed & specialist dentistry. Our role is ideal for a dentist comfortable with delivering high quality general, cosmetic & restorative Dentistry. You will receive a wealth of support in the practice from our Clinical Partner, Dr. Tony Wong and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists.
Multiple free in-house courses & heavily discounted courses through our Clinical Academy with Elevate Dentistry are offered as part of the group throughout the year, with potential to earn well over £150K take home based on a full time position. Our practice is fully equipped with Dentally software & Pearl AI, digital x-rays, scanners & an OPG, new NSK handpieces, composite heaters, new chairs and high-quality equipment and materials at your disposal.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Promoting a positive impression & image of yourself & the practice at all times in the role.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
- We are ideally looking for a Dentist with a couple of years experience in UK Dentistry, and who is comfortable offering private general & cosmetic dentistry.
- Confidence with digital dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
- A competitive UDA rate of circa £11.50 on a small UDA allocation of roughly 1000 (no set target/clawback).
