Full-Time Role - Monday-Friday & Some Saturdays. Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑orientated practice team in the South West London area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency.
- Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile.
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with the clinical team’s diaries on our software system, Dentally.
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy.
- Ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.
- Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
- Promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting fairness, respect, equality, dignity and autonomy.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1‑2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist within a private or mixed practice.
- If you have no dentistry experience, a background in front‑of‑house, customer service or medical coordinator role.
- Experience with Dentally software preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
- Experience providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
