Associate Dentist Required - North Hill Dental Care, Colchester
Minimum of 4 day role required

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fantastic practice, North Hill Dental Care. This practice was recently refurbished to an extremely high standard, offering some of the best quality NHS, Private & Specialist Dentistry in Essex.
Our role is ideal for either an experienced & confident private-delivering Associate, or a dentist looking for mentorship, growth and career progression. You will receive a wealth of support/mentorship from our Clinical Partner Dr. Sachin Sedani, and will be part of a large multi-skilled team including specialists.
We are looking for an Associate to join us in a 4 or 5 day p/w position. We are willing to fund 85% of an Aesthetic & Restorative Dentist with Elevate Dentistry for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high quality dental treatment in line with current theory & practice, whilst ensuring our patients are given a first-class treatment experience.
- Utilising the equipment & technology available in practice to offer a plethora of necessary treatment options to the patient.
- Utilising our internal referral networks, and referring patients to in-house experienced clinicians/specialists if the treatment is outside of your sphere of experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Cosmetic Dentistry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Confidence with Digital Dentistry is a requirement due to the equipment & technology that will be at your disposal in practice.
- Someone who has the drive and ambition to succeed and has a hunger to progress.
- The applicant should be confident in presenting treatment options to patients and be willing to ensure they have an outstanding journey in the practice.
- To be considered for this role you MUST have a full, unconditional NHS Performer Number.
