Position: Dental Nurse/Receptionist (must have some prior Nursing experience)
Duty: full‐time. Hours: Monday 8:45 am–7:30 pm; Tuesday–Friday 8:45 am–6 pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‐quality dental nursing support, assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in all procedures safely and effectively.
- Work front of house, ensuring patients have a smooth and enjoyable experience while in the practice.
- Maintain professional indemnity and registration with the GDC and undertake CPD in line with guidelines.
- Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties as required.
- Act as an ambassador for the company vision, ethos and values, maintaining productive working relationships with all members of the dental team.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience working as a Dental Nurse, either Qualified or Trainee.
- If a Trainee Dental Nurse, must be enrolled onto a Dental Nursing course.
- Experience supporting a variety of general, cosmetic and restorative dental treatments is highly desirable.
- Dental software experience preferred but not essential.
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times.
- Experience providing exceptional patient care/customer service.
