Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join us at our lovely mixed practice, Dental Beauty Battersea. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and family‑oriented practice team in the South West London area.

Location: Battersea
Compensation: £12.21 - £15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am‑5:15pm; occasional Saturdays 8:30am‑4:15pm
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high‑quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency
- Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with and effectively manage the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
- Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
- Ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR
- Act as an ambassador for DBP company Vision, Ethos and Values; maintain positive relationships with your colleagues
- Promote equality and diversity at all times and across all work activities, promoting Fairness, Respect, Equality, Dignity and Autonomy
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a front‑of‑house role, where you have demonstrated commitment and pursuit to develop
- Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
- Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
- Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
