We are looking for a kind, confident and organised Practice Manager to join our team at Conwy Dental Practice, a brand-new squat practice preparing to open its doors soon. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role before the practice opens, helping to build systems, shape workflows and create a positive environment from the very beginning.
About the Role
- Be part of the setup process for the new practice
- Assist with installations, equipment setup, supplier coordination and practice layout planning - working alongside the Regional manager.
- Support the senior management team in establishing systems, pathways and compliance frameworks
- Oversee day-to-day operations once the practice opens
- Lead and support both clinical and reception teams
- Manage rotas, audits, compliance, and patient journey pathways
- Help create a calm, organised and professional workplace culture from day one
You will be fully supported by the senior team, with side-by-side training until you feel confident and competent in your role.
Who We’re Looking For
- You are kind, steady and communicate with clarity and respect
- You are reliable, well-organised and enjoy bringing structure and stability
- You enjoy supporting people, solving problems and creating smooth-running systems
- You value teamwork, fairness and consistency
- You are excited by the idea of joining a brand-new practice, helping to build it from the ground up
Previous Practice Manager experience is not essential. If you are a strong Deputy PM, TCO, or senior dental team member with compliance experience who is ready for your next step, we would love to hear from you. Full training and support will be provided.
What We Offer
- A supportive leadership team who do not micromanage
- A respectful, mature and friendly workplace culture
- A rare chance to shape a new practice from opening day
- The opportunity to grow professionally as the practice grows
- Competitive salary reflective of experience
