We are seeking an experienced Sales Territory Manager to lead the rollout of our innovative new patient subscription service within the dental sector. This pivotal role involves promoting our subscription services across designated territories within the UK, targeting both new and existing dental practices to showcase the transformative benefits of our new patient subscription service. From day one the successful candidate will lead with autonomy, driving business strategy within the designated territory to achieve sales targets and elevate market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partner dental practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, helping them to grow their business and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to dental practices to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed targets and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth within the territory, including onboarding new partner practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Plan and execute territory coverage to maximize engagement with all partner practices.
  • Analyse territory performance and provide regular reports, including forecasts and market insights.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide training to partner practices on partnership programme, products, ethical sales techniques, and patient engagement strategies.
  • Address any partner inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and ethical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics in the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • 3+ Years of UK Dental Sales/practice experience
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a competitive market.
  • Engagement Skills, Reinforce commercial and patient benefits to key decision-makers.
