- Work alongside our experienced Lead Instructors to deliver fun, safe, and effective swimming lessons following the ASA National Plan and Duckling schemes^.

You do not need to be a fully qualified instructor to apply-if you bring the right proactive, can-do attitude, we will actively support and fund your journey toward achieving a formal Level 1 or Level 2 Swim Teacher Qualification., A strong swimmer who is resilient, approachable, and polite under pressure^.
