We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and proactive Nurse to join our dynamic Health & Wellbeing Centre. This is a key pastoral and clinical role providing high-quality nursing care to pupils, supporting staff wellbeing, and promoting a safe, positive health culture across the school community.

The successful candidate will work within a small, supportive team to deliver holistic medical and emotional support to day and boarding pupils aged 4-18. The role includes:

  • Assessment
  • Treatment
  • Health promotion
  • Triage
  • Care planning
  • Safeguarding awareness
  • Close liaison with parents and external healthcare providers

Qualifications:

  • NMC Registered Nurse, i.e., Children's, School, Mental Health
  • Sports Trauma Management qualification - Desirable or willingness to work towards
  • First Aid at Work - Desirable or willingness to work towards
  • Mental Health First Aid - Desirable or willingness to work towards
  • Previous work within an educational setting - Desirable
  • Excellent communication skills with young people, colleagues and parents or guardians
