The Successful Chef candidate will have:
- Catering and Hospitality qualification or relevant experience
- Experience of cooking with a range of different food and cuisines
- Experience of catering for allergies/dietary requirements
- The ability to work a busy service and cater for large numbers
- The ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
- The ability to understand relevant Health and Safety procedures
- Communication skills to deliver polite, courteous and efficient customer service
