We are seeking a compassionate, skilled and proactive Nurse to join our dynamic Health & Wellbeing Centre. This is a key pastoral and clinical role providing high-quality nursing care to pupils, supporting staff wellbeing, and promoting a safe, positive health culture across the school community.
The successful candidate will work within a small, supportive team to deliver holistic medical and emotional support to day and boarding pupils aged 4 - 18. The role includes assessment, treatment, health promotion, triage, care planning, safeguarding awareness and close liaison with parents and external healthcare providers.
The successful candidate will have:
- NMC Registered Nurse, i.e., Children's, School, Mental Health
- Sports Trauma Management qualification - Desirable or willingness to work towards
- First Aid at Work - Desirable or willingness to work towards
- Mental Health First Aid - Desirable or willingness to work towards
- Previous work within an educational setting - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills with young people, colleagues and parents or guardians
