Salary: From £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus Scheme

Our contractor client is expanding! They are seeking an experienced and driven Contractor Manager / Network Manager to oversee contractor and surveyor compliance across the UK (mainly London/Greater London/South East). Working on behalf of insurers and policyholders, you will be helping to deliver exceptional service from claim validation to repair completion.

Key responsibilities:
  • Source, on-board, and audit contractors and surveyors
  • Monitor compliance, performance, and regulatory standards
  • Support network integration for large and complex losses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities
  • Deliver training and act as a key compliance contact
  • Mediating/negotiate and resolve contractor/policyholder disputes over works
What you will need to demonstrate:
  • 4+ years in contractor, supply chain, or compliance management
  • Strong knowledge of property insurance repairs and surveying
  • Understanding of contractor/surveyor scopes of work
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and scoping tool platforms
  • H&S/compliance certifications preferred
