Network Manager / Contractor Manager
Location: Home-based (with occasional UK travel) – ideally youll be based in Greater London/ Home Counties / Surrey / Kent
Salary: From £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus Scheme

Our contractor client is expanding! They are seeking an experienced and driven Contractor Manager / Network Manager to oversee contractor and surveyor compliance across the UK (mainly London/Greater London/South East). Working on behalf of insurers and policyholders, you will be helping to deliver exceptional service from claim validation to repair completion.
Key responsibilities:
Source, on-board, and audit contractors and surveyors
Monitor compliance, performance, and regulatory standards
Support network integration for large and complex losses
Collaborate with internal teams to align supply chain activities
Deliver training and act as a key compliance contact
Mediate/negotiate and resolve contractor/policyholder disputes over works
What you will need to demonstrate:
4+ years in contractor, supply chain, or compliance management
Strong knowledge of property insurance repairs and surveying
Understanding of contractor/surveyor scopes of work
Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and scoping tool platforms
H&S/compliance certifications preferred
