Hours: Average of 30 hours a week on a 3 week rota
Reports to: Hostel Accommodation Lead

About the role
Responsible for designated duties at The Elms hostel i.e. activities and associated administrative tasks. To take responsibility for other areas when necessary. To maintain a professional relationship with residents and assist them with their day to day needs. To create a culture of partnership with the Hostel Key Workers through mutual respect, collaboration and understanding of each other’s role and responsibilities.

- Experience of working with vulnerable adults
- A good understanding of working in a hostel or care environment
- You are passionate about making a positive difference to people’s lives
- IT literate
