About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Fundraiser to provide maternity cover and ensure the smooth delivery of our Individual Giving programme. In this key role, you’ll help maintain stable income and deliver essential activity across our Individual Giving strategy. You’ll manage a broad portfolio including Individual Donations, Regular Giving, Mid Level Gifts and Appeals, ensuring strong stewardship and supporter engagement to maximise retention and long term value. A major part of the role involves leading on appeals and campaigns – using supporter data and insight to shape activity, track performance and apply learning to enhance supporter experience and improve ROI. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident in campaign management, data analysis and building meaningful donor relationships.

A persuasive and collaborative communicator, you quickly build trust with colleagues, supporters and partners. Proactive, organised and adaptable, you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in delivering excellent supporter experience and meaningful impact.

You’ll join a supportive, collaborative Fundraising Team that lives our “One Team, One Goal” ethos. Every contribution is valued, and you’ll be encouraged to grow and thrive. At DENS, we support local people facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion.
