Denroy Limited is a local, family-owned company since 1972, a leading supplier of plastics injection moulding solutions to a number of industries worldwide. This role is for an Operative (Permanent) in the Aerospace and Finishing department.
Responsibilities
- Ability to handle and assemble small, intricate components with precision and consistency.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Manual dexterity and steady-hand skills for working with delicate or finely engineered parts.
- To be comfortable following detailed assembly instructions and established procedures.
- To be organized and have a methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
- To complete work efficiently to meet daily and weekly schedules and delivery deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- To ensure all work is completed with customer and ISO/AS9100 requirement.
- To be adaptable and willing to support across different areas of work when required.
Requirements
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Able to listen to, and understand, work and general instructions.
- Hands-on flexible attitude.
- Experience in aerospace/defence environment is desirable. However, if you have not direct aerospace experience full training will be provided.
Expected Education
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
