We are looking for a dynamic individual who will help us drive the business further.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong business-to-business relationships, while consistently delivering against commercial targets. You will be comfortable working in a results-driven environment and confident engaging with customers and partners across international markets.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs across assigned territories and accounts.
- Manage customer accounts, including pricing, promotions, product launches, and range reviews.
- Present products and solutions to customers, clearly communicating features, benefits, and brand value.
- Support new product introductions and promotional activity, working closely with marketing and product teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and forecasts using company CRM and reporting systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing insights to the wider commercial team.
- Attend events and industry networking opportunities as required.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance to deliver commercial results.
- Travel as required to support customers and business development activity.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and problem-solve effectively.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a clear focus on commercial outcomes.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all aspects of the role.

- A minimum of one year’s proven sales experience.
- Strong IT capability, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
