Denman is a global leader in haircare manufacturing and distribution, specialising in hairbrushes and styling tools. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will help us drive the business further.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong business-to-business relationships, while consistently delivering against commercial targets. You will be comfortable working in a results-driven environment and confident engaging with customers and partners across international markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and account growth.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs across assigned territories and accounts.
  • Manage customer accounts, including pricing, promotions, product launches, and range reviews.
  • Present products and solutions to customers, clearly communicating features, benefits, and brand value.
  • Support new product introductions and promotional activity, working closely with marketing and product teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and forecasts using company CRM and reporting systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, providing insights to the wider commercial team.
  • Attend events and industry networking opportunities as required.
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer service, supply chain, and finance to deliver commercial results.
  • Travel as required to support customers and business development activity.
