Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 08:00 am-1:30 pm.

Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for a fast-learning sales administrator who is able to support colleagues with an increased workload.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deal with customers via email and telephone calls to provide informative and accurate information on products and services we offer to customers.
- Generate and process invoices.
- Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing prompt and efficient responses to enquiries.
- Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service.
- Liaise with the warehouse team and other departments regarding orders and deliveries.
- Maintain current business and update pricing/contracts.
- Manage order books including working closely with production to ensure alignment with factory capacity.
- Follow up on actions resulting from weekly Sales meetings.
