Report to: Customer Service Team Leader

Weekly paid hours: 37.5 hours

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Friday 08:00 am-1:30 pm.

Working within a busy office environment, we are looking for a fast-learning sales administrator who is able to support colleagues with an increased workload.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deal with customers via email and telephone calls to provide informative and accurate information on products and services we offer to customers.
  • Generate and process invoices.
  • Provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing prompt and efficient responses to enquiries.
  • Manage time and workload effectively to ensure the highest standards of service.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team and other departments regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain current business and update pricing/contracts.
  • Manage order books including working closely with production to ensure alignment with factory capacity.
  • Follow up on actions resulting from weekly Sales meetings.
