  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 1:00pm

About the Role

From the moment an order is placed to the moment it is in the customer's hands, it will be your responsibility to receive, pick, pack, sort, and ship parcels. You will be expected to work to the highest standards to ensure Denroy Group exceeds customer expectations. As a Lorry Driver / Warehouse Operator, you may be required to work across various areas of the warehouse, with the main departments being Inbound and Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling the full range of goods across Denroy, DenPro, and Denman.
  • Efficiently and effectively receiving and storing goods inwards, following company processes and procedures.
  • Picking customer orders while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.
  • Accurately packing and shipping customer orders to meet customer expectations.
  • Reading and following instructions accurately.
  • Relocating products using forklifts and power pallet trucks.
  • Consistently achieving departmental targets.
  • Adhering to all safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Kitting jobs for production.
  • Raising despatch notes and booking transport.
  • Processing customer website orders.
  • Managing inventory and stock control.
  • Working across all company sites as required by business needs.
  • Booking in finished goods.
  • Despatching and receiving subcontracted parts and issuing subcontract jobs.
  • Delivering goods to local customers.
  • Delivering goods daily between intercompany sites.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles.

Education Requirements

5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent).

Essential Requirements

C1 entitlement on your driving licence or equivalent CPC qualification.

Desirable Requirements

  • Computer skills, including Excel and customer portals.
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Experience using handheld devices and barcode readers.
  • Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance or Reach Truck).
