This DennysonCare role is for Registered General Nurses to join our dedicated team, providing high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for compassionate and skilled nurses with up-to-date clinical knowledge and experience in home care or community care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
- Monitor and assess clients’ health conditions and respond to changing needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Support care staff with clinical guidance and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
- Liaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and dignified care environment.
- Participate in care planning, reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Uphold professional standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will have:
- A valid NMC registration (RN1 or RN2).
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A patient-centred approach with a genuine passion for care.
- The ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to travel locally and adapt to clients’ individual needs.
- Experience in community or domiciliary care is an advantage, but not essential.
