Key Responsibilities:\

- Prepare meals and assist with eating, as required.\
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.\
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.\
- Follow individual care plans and report any changes in clients’ conditions.\
- Maintain accurate records and documentation after each visit.\
- Work in partnership with families and other professionals to ensure quality care.\
