Dennys Uniforms Ltd is a leading supplier of clothing to the hospitality and corporate uniform market. Our headquarters in Leatherhead integrates mail order and warehouse operations with our accounts, design, purchasing, and production departments. We also feature a flagship store near Oxford Street that showcases our Joseph Alan brand, specializing in bespoke uniforms and made-to-measure tailoring.
Summary
We are seeking a part-time Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team at Dennys Uniforms Ltd. This role is essential in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring effective communication across departments, working with company directors, in-house designers, and external agencies to create and distribute digital and physical marketing materials . The position is based in Leatherhead and plays a key role in promoting our brand within the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Responsibilities
- Create and send email campaigns in Mailchimp and maintain the Mailchimp database.
- Create marketing content in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for the website, social media and leaflets.
- Gather content from internal and external stakeholders for marketing use.
- Provide distributors and our shop with marketing material.
- Create and update product and marketing content on a Magento website and Square Space websites.
- Collaborate internally and with key distributors to agree and promote special offers on the website and in store.
- Internal product image management and distribution.
- Assist with the production of an annual gallery catalogue and photoshoots
Technical Experience Requirements
- Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
- Graphic design in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Magento ecommerce and Squarespace website admin or similar experience updating website content.
- Social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Understanding of marketing principles, campaigns and market research. Proven experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
Personal Skills Required
- Administrative and organisational skills – project co-ordination, attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Verbal and written communication skills and strong internal and external collaboration.
- Problem-solving – troubleshooting day-to-day marketing issues.
- Initiative – proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
Salary 16-18k 24Hrs PW (3 days)
