Dennison JCB are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to accelerate growth within our JCB dealership. This role is all about driving revenue, converting sales enquiries, and actively developing new business opportunities across the JCB machinery product range. If you enjoy thriving on hitting targets, building relationships, and closing deals then this role could be for you!

Hours & Location

This position will be based at our Dennison JCB Depot in Ballyhartfield, Templepatrick. The core hours of work will be Monday to Friday; 08:30 - 17:00, however, a level of flexibility will be expected outside of these hours in order to ensure fast response times to sales enquiries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Selling the range of JCB compact equipment to new customers and small fleet operators
  • Actively prospecting for potential customers and creating demand for the JCB machine range
  • Responding quickly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from our website, digital campaigns, and marketing activity
  • Proactively making outbound calls to progress opportunities and follow up open enquiries
  • Qualifying customer needs and identifying opportunities for equipment demonstrations or dealer visits
  • Book appointments and hand qualified opportunities to the field sales team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to avoid missed opportunities
  • Accurately record all activity, notes, and next actions within the dealer CRM
  • Support local digital activity including online listings, email outreach, and social platforms
  • Represent the dealership professionally and always reinforce the JCB brand

Required Criteria

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, automotive, call centre, telesales, or customer facing roles
  • Comfortable and confident speaking with customers by phone every day
  • Resilient and positive when outcomes don't come immediately
  • Have a genuine interest in selling and developing a long term sales career

Desired Criteria

  • Construction or machinery knowledge is not essential - Training will be provided by JCB
