Were looking for a dedicated Workshop Chargehand to oversee our workshop personnel and equipment, ensuring top-notch service and compliance with company standards. As the primary contact for both internal and external customers, youll play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of health and safety management. In this role, youll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining our products and other manufacturers vehicles, preparing them for HGV MOTs, and managing all related documentation. Youll lead the workshop team, plan and execute jobs effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship management.
